Yes will do, regarding the Van Beuren case, no charge no conviction against Morant or Handcock, the matter rests there as far as I am concerned. The historians as you know have made all assertions about his death. Frankly, although I have read them, I am not interested since the incident involving Van Beuren’s death was not the subject of legal proceedings against Morant and Handcock.
